Whidbey Island Tour
Join us for a scenic weekday tour of the sights and parks of Whidbey Island and enjoy some twisty back roads.
The run starts and ends at the Swinomish Casino with a lunch stop in Coupeville.
There will be time for stops at Deception Pass and Fort Casey State Parks.
This will mainly be a sightseeing run with lots of stops. There will be some twisty back roads but the pace won't be excessively spirited so we can enjoy the scenery.
All participating cars will need a Discover Pass for entry into the numerous Washington State Parks we will visit. You can either use your $30 Annual Pass or get a $10 day pass. You are encouraged to obtain your Discover Pass in advance of the event to facilitate our entry into the parks.
We'll meet at the Swinomish Casino parking lot (low cost Chevron gas right there for last minute fill ups) at 9:10 AM for a 9:30 departure. We'll return to the same place in the late afternoon at the end of the drive.
Registration closes June 26
so we can have an accurate head count for our lunch arrangements.
