Join your Inland Empire Chapter friends for the "Corkscrew Highway & Long Lake to JJ's Tap & Smokehouse" drive!
Hosts Brandon & Kristi and their Titanium Gray Metallic Mazdaspeed will lead the group on a 60-mile loop that will include the Corkscrew Highway, a stop at Long Lake Dam, and delightful pastoral views of the landscape Northwest of Spokane.
Arrival time: 10 AM
Starting point is the parking lot behind McDonald's at 8827 N Indian Trail Rd, Spokane, WA 99208
Drive time: approximately 90 minutes
Note: there are no facilities along the way and no easy restroom stops.
After a brief driver's meeting at 10:15 AM, the group will depart at 10:30 AM for the drive. Route details will be provided at the meeting.
There will be a 10-15 minute stop at the Long Lake Dam overlook. We usually have room to park in the lot, but may have to double up. Please be aware of other people who may already be in the lot. After the dam, the drive will continue and conclude back where we started, arriving close to noon.
Anyone interested in joining together for a meal, the venue will be JJ's Tap & Smokehouse.
